Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items Policy
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are here to help.
All damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us at support@journey2asiafurniture.com with the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)
- A brief description of the issue
This allows us to file a claim with our shipping partners and resolve your issue promptly.
To ensure eligibility for a refund, please do not assemble or attempt to repair any damaged items. Once an item has been assembled, we may be unable to process a claim.
Refund Policy
Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either do a full or partial refund, based on the condition of the item.
Please keep all original packaging materials until your claim is fully processed.
Shipping carriers may require the item and packaging for inspection.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
Refunds are issued:
- To the original method of payment
- Within 5–10 business days after inspection
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, made-to-order, and final-sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged.
