Each piece is unique. While the design and quality remain consistent, natural materials and handcrafting may result in slight variations in size, color, and texture. It is part of the beauty of handmade items.
How long is delivery?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Are your materials sustainable?
Many of our materials are natural, or upcycled, including rattan, banana fronds, seagrass, and palm fibers.
We use responsibly sourced wood including teak wood, suar wood, mango wood, etc.
The bones used for our products are mostly buffalo bones of animals that has died of natural causes. No animals are poached or harmed for this purpose.
Are your products ethically sourced?
Yes. We work directly with artisan communities and small workshops, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, no child labor and respect for traditional craftsmanship.
Are the dimensions exact?
Dimensions are approximate due to handmade production. Minor variations (1–2 cm / 0.5–1 inch) may occur.
Can you customize size, color, or design?
